Kenneth
W. Albert, M.Ed., CPA President, MCG / NFS
Mr. Albert has worked in the
non-profit and government accounting field for over twenty years. He
has been an intricate part of the Ohio Medicaid programs beginning
with his tenure with ODJFS in 1986. His experience includes Medicaid
Auditor for ODJFS and Fiscal Officer for ODDD Office of Federal
Funds. Mr. Albert has served on numerous committees assisting with
the development of various programs for public and private
organizations who serve individuals with disabilities. He has
intimate working knowledge of all aspects of government and
nonprofit programs and financial operations. Mr. Albert specializes
in assisting organizations with short-term and long-term financial
planning, strategic planning, and human resource development. Mr.
Albert is known as a dynamic speaker who is affluent on a wide array
of subjects including programs, staff development, and finances. He
is frequently asked to speak at county board in-services, board
member trainings, and OACBDD conferences. He currently serves as
Finance Director for a number of county boards of DD in Ohio. Mr.
Albert earned his Masters of Educational Administration from Ohio
University in 1998 and has been leading MCG’s successful team since
2001.
Sandy
Landers
Vice President, MCG
Sandy Landers has over twenty-two years experience managing financial, personnel, and business functions in the government, nonprofit, and private sectors. Sandy has a Master’s in Public Administration. Prior to joining MCG, she served as Business Manager with a county board of DD. Her other volunteer leadership experience includes: served on advisory councils for local school districts; served as board member of a residential provider agency; state committees representing position of county boards; leadership roles on various professional and organizational committees; presented material at professional conferences; and served as co-chair of a levy fundraising committee. While with MCG, Sandy serves as Business Manager/Fiscal Director for several county boards of DD; reviews and evaluates business office practices and procedures for CBDD’s and nonprofit agencies; assists organizations with Medicaid billing and compliance; assists counties with accreditation, policy development, and training on financial and service documentation software. She participates in union negotiations, mentors Business Managers and other Finance Office staff, as well as provided financial and management consultation to various organizations serving individuals with disabilities. Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering as assistant leader of a Girl Scout troop, and volunteering/supporting organizations serving individuals with disabilities.

Teresa McMullen, Quality Systems Administrator
Teresa has over 27 years experience in DD community working in various capacities. She has a BS degree in Habilitative Services for the Mentally Retarded from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and holds an SSA Mgt II certificate in the State of Ohio. Teresa is a PATHS program mentor and holds a certificate of advanced proficiency. Her experience includes: program administrator in six counties for a large not-for-profit residential provider, adult day services director, acting SSA director and training. For MCG, Teresa specializes in Quality Assurance Review, DODD Accreditation Assistance, Medicaid Management Services, SSA duties including training and supervision, Ticket to Work consultation and customized training for SSAs and direct care staff.

Elizabeth Looney, Administrative AssistantLiz provides an array of administrative services for MCG, PCS, NFS, county boards of DD, and nonprofit boards serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Liz provides Infallible and QuickBooks support for county boards and nonprofit boards. She provides accounts payable and receivable services for county boards and nonprofit boards, reconciles financial and bank accounts, and prepares board reports. She assists with cost report preparation; coordinates trainings and seminars; assists with research, reports and project development.
